Free Or Nearest Offer are an original four piece Rock/Funk/Soul band from Nuneaton, the Midlands, formed in late May 2010.

Already life long friends and old fellow band mates, Matthew Prior (guitar) and Lloyd Williams (drums) got together to start jamming once again. Lloyd would bring his edgy take that was needed for the rock steady drums while Matt brought his university education in classical guitar to the table to give a truly unique electric guitar performance.
An ex guitar student of Matt's, Olivia Fowler (vocal), came along to one of these jam sessions to add her energy and soulful voice to the fledgling project. To make the band complete, Matt's university buddy Mark Feltwell (bass) was recruited to add his knowledge of composition and rock influences. With these collective energies and inputs in place, a new kind of band was born with unlimited horizons.
